We can also deliver this service for corporate clients, with a special bottling to say thanks to your customers or stakeholders.

Over the past few years we have been on the hunt for the perfect tonic. A tonic that doesn’t fight with the gin. A tonic that lets the spirit breathe. A tonic made in Scotland.
This was our mission!
– First and foremost, we want to taste the gin!
– We don’t want any artificial sweeteners or flavouring.
– We only want natural quinine.
– We want it to be gently carbonated.
– We want it to be produced locally.
– Not a dealbreaker, but we’d like it to be low-ish in calories!And here it is! From the wonderful chaps at Bon Accord Soft Drinks company in Edinburgh comes a light, refreshing tonic – and, just as requested, it is low in flavour, low in quinine and low in carbonation. So it’s all about the spirit! Yay! They have truly cracked it.
With only 33 calories per serve, Persie Tonic pairs beautifully with all our gins and works like a charm with our vodka.

Sloe & Plum Gin

Tart and tangy, our hugely popular sloe gin has a rich depth of flavour – intensified by the addition of local Perthshire plums, hand-picked by the distillery team. There are distinct notes of pepper and sweet cinnamon from the base spirit, with a touch of nutty marzipan on the finish.

You will need:
35ml Persie Sloe & Plum Gin
15ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
20ml sugar syrup (or a little less agave syrup)
1 egg white
ProseccoHave a go:
Add the sloe gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds. Add 3 or 4 ice cubes and shake again until your hand freezes against the shaker! Raspberry & Mint Gin

This gin liqueur captures Highland Perthshire in a bottle! The nose is fresh mint leaves, hand-picked by the distillery team, followed by the scent and sensation of rich, velvety raspberries. Sweet with a touch of tart, the result is a wonderfully jammy spirit, redolent of the Blairgowrie countryside.

You will need:
- 25ml Raspberry & Mint Liqueur
- 50ml Pusscat Vodka or Zesty Citrus Gin
- lemon juice
- mint leaves
Have a go:
Muddle a few mint leaves with 25ml Raspberry & Mint Liqueur, 50ml Pusscat Vodka or Zesty Citrus Gin and a dash or two of lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until your hand freezes to the side. Strain the drink into a chilled martini glass and garnish with fresh raspberries and a spring of mint.
