Happy 10th Birthday, Persie Distillery!
Can you believe it! Persie Distillery has been up and running for a full decade this month. We’ve made it through COVID, Brexit, the repercussions of a world at war and various government and policy changes. It’s not a bit of wonder Simon has lost about a foot in height and gone grey!
Yet here we are, still going strong.
To mark the occasion, Simon has cooked up a limited edition Double Digits Gin (our strongest yet, at a whopping 51.4% ABV!), experimenting with warm and earthy ajwan seeds for a big aroma and soft flavour. Think bay leaves, cedar and freshly milled black pepper with a creamy finish.
