Raspberry & Mint Gin

This gin liqueur captures Highland Perthshire in a bottle! The nose is fresh mint leaves, hand-picked by the distillery team, followed by the scent and sensation of rich, velvety raspberries. Sweet with a touch of tart, the result is a wonderfully jammy spirit, redolent of the Blairgowrie countryside.

Suggested Serve
Best neat or over ice! Or top with prosecco or rose lemonade. Or a Friday night Raspberry Mint Martini might be in order.

Raspberry Mint Martini

You will need:

• 25ml Raspberry & Mint Liqueur
• 50ml Pusscat Vodka or Zesty Citrus Gin
• lemon juice
• mint leaves

Have a go:

Muddle a few mint leaves with 25ml Raspberry & Mint Liqueur, 50ml Pusscat Vodka or Zesty Citrus Gin and a dash or two of lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until your hand freezes to the side. Strain the drink into a chilled martini glass and garnish with fresh raspberries and a spring of mint.
