Persie Distillery has teamed up with Little Birdie coffee roasters to bring you a cocktail masterclass with our signature Espresso Martini to kick off the night.
The two-hour session in our Distillery Tasting Room will show you how to get hands-on behind the bar with confidence, mixing and muddling three different cocktails with our award-winning premium spirits.
Here’s what to expect:
– Master Distiller and Mixologist Simon Fairclough will help you make three cocktails over two hours from 7-9pm.
– You will create and enjoy the perfect Espresso Martini, brought to you by Corne Macwilliam of Little Birdie coffee roasters in Alyth.
– You will choose two further cocktails to suit your palate (see options below and images to help with your selection).
– You will be given your own cocktail recipe and how-to guide.
– The price includes 100g Little Birdie coffee to take away and try your espresso martini at home!
